Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price or listing is shown incorrectly or an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Products

We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences can occur. Battery-operated items usually ship without batteries unless the listing says otherwise. Use lights and electrical products as directed, and keep them away from water unless they are rated for outdoor use.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LitNest isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
