Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your LitNest order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email litnest@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
